Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant at WIPO, your role may include:

🔹 Administrative Support – Assist with documentation, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
🔹 Project Coordination – Support teams in implementing IP programs, policy research, and stakeholder engagement.
🔹 Data Management – Maintain and organize databases, reports, and legal documents related to IP policies.
🔹 Communication & Outreach – Help with publications, newsletters, and social media updates to raise awareness of WIPO’s work.
🔹 Event Support – Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and high-level discussions on intellectual property.

Who Can Apply?

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in administration, legal assistance, policy research, or project management is preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in English or French is required; knowledge of additional UN languages (Spanish, Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) is an asset.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data analysis, and communication tools.
