Key Responsibilities

As an IRC Program Coordinator, your role will involve managing and coordinating a range of humanitarian programs that aim to improve the well-being of displaced populations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Program Planning and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs in line with IRC’s strategic objectives.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and support program staff, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across departments.
  3. Partnership Management: Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and donors to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop monitoring frameworks and ensure that program outcomes are tracked and evaluated.
  5. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and expenditures, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and IRC’s policies.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about humanitarian work and have a background in international development, public health, education, or a related field. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
