Key Responsibilities
As an IRC Program Coordinator, your role will involve managing and coordinating a range of humanitarian programs that aim to improve the well-being of displaced populations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Program Planning and Implementation: Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of programs in line with IRC’s strategic objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support program staff, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration across departments.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with local partners, government agencies, and donors to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop monitoring frameworks and ensure that program outcomes are tracked and evaluated.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress and expenditures, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and IRC’s policies.
Who Can Apply?
