Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant at World Vision, your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific program or department you are supporting. Some of your main duties may include:

🔹 Administrative Support – Provide essential administrative assistance to program managers and team members, helping them effectively implement development and humanitarian projects.

Who Can Apply?

Education – A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., International Relations, Development Studies, Social Work, or similar).
Experience – Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in humanitarian work, development organizations, or nonprofits.
Skills – Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data management and Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
Personal Attributes – Passion for child protection, human rights, and social justice. Ability to work in cross-cultural and team-oriented environments.
Languages – Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic) is a strong advantage.
