About the Organization
The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) is one of the UN’s five regional commissions, dedicated to fostering economic growth, sustainable development, and regional integration across the African continent. Key Responsibilities

Who Can Apply?

- Experience: No prior work experience is required, but relevant academic research or volunteer experience is an asset
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic research tools, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, STATA) is an advantage
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and attention to detail
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English or French is required; working knowledge of another UN language is considered an asset
