Key Responsibilities
As a Programme Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Supporting the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of projects.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and data analysis.
- Coordinating logistical arrangements for workshops, meetings, and field activities.
- Liaising with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
- Managing project documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with IOM procedures.
Who Can Apply?
Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in international relations, development studies, social sciences, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with international organizations or NGOs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other UN languages is an advantage.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and data management tools.
