Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Director and Deputy Director of the GRC. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as the assistant will be responsible for coordinating high-level administrative, logistical, and executive support functions. The role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the Director’s Office and maintaining the OECD’s reputation for professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing materials.
- Coordinate official missions, travel logistics, visas, and expense claims.
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses to requests from senior management.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including technical set-ups for hybrid events.
- Draft correspondence, edit reports, and summarize meeting outcomes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems while supporting team operations.
- Provide administrative support to the broader GRC team and assist in office management tasks.
Qualifications and Competencies
The ideal candidate should bring a combination of administrative expertise, discretion, and international perspective.
- A strong educational background, preferably with training in office or business administration.
- Several years of relevant experience as an executive or administrative assistant, ideally within an international or intergovernmental setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and readiness to learn OECD-specific systems such as SAP and SRP.
- Excellent command of English or French, with a good working knowledge of the other. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Terms and Conditions
The position is based in Paris, France, and offers a starting monthly salary of approximately €5,134.64, plus allowances exempt from French income tax.
