Key Responsibilities

The Deputy Director will:

  • Strong understanding of research, clinical development, regulatory processes, and global product launch pathways.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with a passion for improving women’s health outcomes.
  • A willingness to travel internationally, as the role involves collaboration with global partners and field projects.
