Key Responsibilities
The Remote Research Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting CARE’s strategic initiatives by generating high-quality research outputs and actionable insights. Key duties typically include:
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research across multiple thematic areas such as gender equality, humanitarian response, food security, and climate resilience.
- Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to support program evaluations, donor reports, and organizational learning.
- Developing research tools, literature reviews, data dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
- Working closely with program teams, MEAL specialists, and external partners to ensure research methodologies align with global best practices.
- Producing policy briefs, research summaries, and technical reports that inform CARE’s advocacy efforts and strategic decision-making.
- Supporting proposal development by contributing evidence, data trends, and contextual analysis.
- Ensuring data quality, ethical research practices, and accuracy in all deliverables.
