The Women@Dior & UNESCO Education and Mentorship Program is one of the most inspiring global initiatives dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship, education, creativity and social impact. Launched in 2017, this prestigious program connects talented female students from around the world with professional mentors at Dior, while also providing access to high-level learning and opportunities to design real community-impact projects.

Since its creation, the program has grown into a thriving international network. Thousands of young women from more than 60 countries and nearly 90 different nationalities have participated. These women come from diverse academic backgrounds โ€” business, engineering, arts, fashion, communications, international relations, and many more. The program is built on five central values: self-care and self-awareness, autonomy, creativity, inclusion, and sustainable development. These principles form the foundation of every activity, interaction and project within the initiative.

Mentorship at the Heart of the Program

A defining feature of Women@Dior is its personalized mentorship model. Each selected mentee is paired with a Dior professional โ€” known within the program as a โ€œDior Talent.โ€ These mentors offer guidance, share career insights, and help mentees build confidence as future leaders. The pairings are thoughtfully matched to ensure compatibility and productive long-term engagement. Although the program is not an internship or job placement opportunity, the mentorship provides invaluable exposure and personal development.

World-Class Education Experience

Participants also gain access to an exclusive online learning platform. Here, they can take more than a dozen courses designed and taught by renowned professors and expert guest speakers. The modules cover topics such as leadership, gender equality, sustainability, creativity and self-empowerment. The platform also features inspirational interviews with influential voices in education, business and global development, giving mentees a deeper understanding of social issues and leadership responsibilities.

A Global Community and the Power of Sisterhood

One of the strongest aspects of Women@Dior is its global sense of community. Mentees join an international sisterhood, connecting with young women from different cultures, languages, and fields of study. Through virtual meetings, conferences and collaborative sessions, participants build friendships and support networks that extend far beyond program completion.

Dream for Change: Creating Real Social Impact

After completing mentorship and coursework, mentees work together in small groups to design their own social-impact initiatives under the โ€œDream for Changeโ€ pillar. These projects must support girlsโ€™ and young womenโ€™s empowerment in their communities. Over the years, participants have designed projects promoting girlsโ€™ education, digital inclusion, economic opportunities for young women, support networks for teen mothers, and sustainable community solutions.

Graduates of the program receive the official Women@Dior certificate, but only after actively participating in all core pillars: mentorship, learning, inspirational interviews and the Dream for Change project.
