The Livestream Fundraising Intern plays a vital role in building and supporting an online network of content creators, streamers, and digital advocates. Key responsibilities include:
Community Engagement:
The intern will help manage and grow WWF’s online fundraising community. This includes assisting on Discord, moderating discussions, answering questions, and fostering an inclusive space where creators feel supported and connected.
Streamer Outreach and Support:
A major component of this internship is identifying, onboarding, and guiding streamers who wish to participate in WWF fundraising events. The intern will also ensure content creators have the resources and information needed for successful campaigns.
Campaign Coordination:
WWF runs multiple digital fundraising campaigns throughout the year. The intern will support planning and execution for these events, especially the upcoming 2026 livestream fundraising initiative. This includes scheduling, communication, and facilitating livestream event activities.
Content Creation:
The role involves creating digital assets such as graphics, stream overlays, toolkits, social media content, and other promotional materials to help streamers amplify their fundraising impact.
Data Tracking and Insights:
The intern will monitor campaign performance, track core engagement metrics, and provide insights that help refine future strategy.
