Overview of the Internship Program
The U.S.–based internships are offered in structured cohorts, typically during the spring and summer seasons, and run for approximately 13 weeks. Internships are primarily remote, allowing interns to work from approved U.S. states while collaborating with teams across departments.
Interns are placed in functional areas such as communications, finance, program development, operations, global health, monitoring and evaluation, child protection, marketing, and information technology. Each intern works closely with a supervisor who provides guidance, feedback, and professional mentorship throughout the program.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
The internship program is open to motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

- Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an undergraduate or graduate degree program
