Job Overview
The Partnership and Coordination Officer plays a key support role within the Global Disability Fund Secretariat. The position focuses on partnership development, donor coordination, internal planning, and operational support to ensure the smooth implementation of the Fund’s strategic and annual workplans.
This is a home-based position, offering flexibility while working closely with global stakeholders, donors, and UNDP teams.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support a wide range of coordination and partnership functions, including:
Partnership and Donor Support
- Conducting research to identify potential partners and funding opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and management of partnership agreements
- Maintaining partnership and donor databases
- Assisting with donor communication, outreach, and engagement activities
Programme and Workplan Coordination
- Supporting the tracking and implementation of the Global Disability Fund’s annual workplan
- Preparing meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-up actions
- Assisting with internal coordination across teams and stakeholders
Leadership and Secretariat Support
- Providing administrative and coordination support to senior leadership
- Supporting the organization of Board meetings and high-level discussions
- Preparing briefing notes, presentations, and background materials
Operational and Event Support
- Assisting with procurement processes and drafting terms of reference
- Supporting the organization of meetings, workshops, and virtual events
