What the Role Entails
The Assistants – Science, Technology and Innovation role is a full-time position designed for proactive, motivated professionals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Here’s a snapshot of the core responsibilities:
1. Organisational Support for Events and Missions
As an assistant, you will coordinate key meetings, conferences, and official missions. This includes preparing participant lists, managing hybrid or virtual formats, and providing on-site or remote support during events. You will also plan business travel for staff, process travel expense claims, and assist in preparing mission reports.
