Position Overview
Role: Programme Associate
Grade: ISA‑P2
Duty Station: Vienna, Austria
Contract Type: Non‑staff, six months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Officer of the Directorate of Corporate Services and Operations (COR), the Programme Associate will support the Directorate’s operations through a combination of administrative, coordination, and reporting tasks. The role is particularly suited for professionals interested in the operational backbone of international organizations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and organizing background information for internal use
- Coordinating internal communications and reporting across COR units
- Supporting the preparation of briefings, reports, and documentation
- Assisting with logistics and content for meetings and workshops

Who Can Apply
