Position Overview

Role: Programme Associate
Grade: ISA‑P2
Duty Station: Vienna, Austria
Contract Type: Non‑staff, six months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Officer of the Directorate of Corporate Services and Operations (COR), the Programme Associate will support the Directorate’s operations through a combination of administrative, coordination, and reporting tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and organizing background information for internal use
  • Coordinating internal communications and reporting across COR units
  • Supporting the preparation of briefings, reports, and documentation
