#1- Organizational Development Specialist
Fixed Term South Sudan
March 3, 2023 – March 18, 2023
Program/Project Management
As the Organizational Development Specialist, you will partner with the P&C Director in providing a strategy, framework and approach to improve the learning and leadership development of all staff and managers. You will provide OD/ Change management support to line managers by reviewing strategy-structure alignment and systems and develop interventions to address gaps and promote process improvement and efficiency/quality of services.
Requirements include:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Org. Development or any relevant field
- Minimum of three years HR, Training and Leadership development/ OD experience in INGOs/ organisations.
- Successful implementation of HR activities at a global or regional level working with multiple stakeholders, across cultures and at a range of organizational levels, and/or comparable HR experience in medium to large country programs.
- Strong track-record of training and capacity-building including provision of one-on-one coaching, designing and delivering training programs, measuring efficacy and implementing systematic improvements.
- Direct experience in facilitating organizational change and designing OD interventions.

#2- Senior Project Manager
Fixed Term South Sudan
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead a climate resilience project implemented in two counties of Aweil East and Aweil Centre in Northern Bahr el Ghazal State in South Sudan. This project will build long term climate resilience among agro-pastoral communities using participatory watershed-based approaches that restore ecosystems.
It will re-establish and strengthen market linkages and agricultural value chains and equip extension agencies to support communities in adopting gender-responsive, climate smart agricultural practices and diversifying livelihoods using hands-on, farmer-field based approaches. Climate change will be mainstreamed into management plans and programs in agriculture and natural resource management (NRM) and proactive collaboration and knowledge sharing will build synergies with other relevant initiatives.
Requirements include:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a humanitarian or development related field.
- Technical expertise and minimum of 7 years demonstrated experience in ecosystem-based adaptation or in participatory landscape (or watershed) restoration, including application of land-use planning, community-based NRM assessments, soil water conservation / water-buffering approaches, climate-smart agriculture and/or another field relevant to the project themes.
- Contextual understanding of climate change in Horn of Africa and impacts on agro-pastoral communities, particularly women.

- At least 3-5 years of proven ability in the management of large integrated projects in fragile contexts
- Ability to master and implement donor regulations and coordination; experience with UNDP is a plus, experience with other bilateral donors such as USAID, GAC, FCDO and others will also be considered favourably.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

#3- Regional Program Director, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

As the Regional Program Director, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), you will provide leadership in WASH programming across the region to contribute to child wellbeing. It will define the technical guidance, standards for technical approaches and programs to enhance ministry performance aligned to our Promise, WASH Core project model, Global WASH business plan, SDGs and to WASH global industry practice. You will also to work with other regional functional directors, Global Center, Support Offices and National Offices and resource development teams to mobilize adequate resources to effectively scale up WASH programs in the region.

Requirements include:
- Master’s degree required in international relief and development, behavior change, engineering or business, plus related professional work experience
- Must have at least 10 years relevant experience in WASH programming in developing countries.
- Expertise in developing strategy, fundraising and cross sectoral integration. Experience in working in a complex political and operational environment/fragile context is preferred.
- Experience leading and managing a professional technical team. Demonstrated experience in leading research and evaluation for evidence and learning.
- Significant bi-lateral, multi-lateral donor grant experience with program design, implementation, funding acquisition and reporting.
- The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

#4- Monitoring and Evaluation Lead

As the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead, you will take lead and guide the Global Fund Grant’s Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes, supervising the M&E function under the Global Fund TB Grant. You Lead will develop key grant strategic documents such as the Performance Framework and M&E Plan, and will be responsible for the management of the Third-Party Monitor (TPM), M&E capacity building for sub-recipients and National TB Program team in the Ministry of Health. You will conduct second level data analysis and lead in report preparation to the donor.
Requirements include:
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Public Health and experience in informatics or related fields
- At least 8-year experience in international development or humanitarian professional with a strong understanding of design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
- Experience in Global Fund Grants M&E key roles, preferably in TB and HIV programs.
- Demonstrable experience in the development and review of log frames, M&E plans, evaluation design, and reporting.

The successful consultant will be responsible for ensuring that data collection and analysis approaches are designed to mitigate child protection risks and protect participants’ privacy and wellbeing by establishing and following credible ethical evaluation principles:
