We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the Housekeeping team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
2. Set and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
3. Monitor and inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they meet hotel standards.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and services.
5. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
6. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to housekeeping, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
7. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ordering as needed.
8. Collaborate with the Front Office and Engineering teams to address maintenance issues and repairs.
9. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
10. Conduct regular training sessions for the Housekeeping team to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a reputable hotel.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the Housekeeping team.
4. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
5. Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
6. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
8. Must meet the eligibility criteria for work visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
