Job Duties

NORTH VALLEY CONTRACTING is looking for an experienced Crew Foreman / Excavator Operator to join our team. Someone who shares the same passion for quality work as we do. An individual who enjoys working outdoors and take pride in their work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and managing crews, as well as a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. The Crew Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all crew members are working safely and efficiently, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team. We are looking for;

– An experienced excavator, skid steer & general equipment operator

– Possesses a drivers license

– Understands layouts & measuring

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of workers.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor the progress of work and provide feedback to the team.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure that they are completed on time.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and any necessary repairs are reported to the maintenace department.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time.
