Customer Service Administrator
Marble Coaches is looking for a well presentable female customer services administrator based at our Harare office in Belvedere.
Dealing with walk-in clients to the office who wish to purchase tickets or make enquiries
• Taking calls from clients
• Preparing trip related paperwork for the bus crew and liaising with bus crew if additional bookings are made during a journey
• Administrative duties
• Producing monthly reports
• Social Media development and query handling As this is a really important role, there are a few things we’ll need from you….
• You’ll be highly computer conversant and able to learn/adopt to different software packages;
• Strong communication skills – you will need to continually engage with people both internally and externally;
• Be comfortable working to deadlines, with strong organisational ability and attention to detail to deliver a comprehensive end result;
• A degree level qualification is preferable, though no experience in a transport related role is necessary as training will be given as and when necessary.

• Able to work 6am to 3pm 5 days a week(Monday to Friday) In return we offer:
