Hayes Metals is a family owned business established in 1927 and located in Onehunga. We are a leading Metal Merchant and Foundry with operations in New Zealand and Australia.

We are currently seeking a hardworking, friendly and self-motivated person to become part of our team and take over the role of Janitor / Cleaner.

Cleaning Services (Trades & Services)

Full time

The role includes;

• Vacuuming and cleaning the office block
• Cleaning and sanitizing factory and office kitchens, canteens and bathrooms.
• Replenishing toilet paper, soap etc.
• Ensuring all cleaning supplies are sufficiently maintained and ordered when necessary. 
• Some outdoor activities like trimming hedges, clearing drains etc.
• Removal of rubbish from offices and factory areas.
• Operating in-house laundry for staff overalls.
• Some repair person tasks such as painting etc.
• Operation of fork hoist.

We require someone with experience in this type of role who is super reliable and will take pride in his or her work.
