Duties & Responsibilities:
• Running the supply and distribution activities for our company.
• Assigning duties to workers and monitors their performance.
• Corresponding with suppliers and establishing contracts with suppliers and clients.
• Corresponding with shipping agents for international distribution orders.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory authorities in respect of both local and international supply and distribution.
• Utilising and taking charge of logistics and recording software to ensure all record keeping and business activities are operated smoothly and effectively.
• Assisting Directors with staff recruitment and monitoring logistics employees in carrying out full scope of their functions.
• Maintaining proper inventory of held goods pending distribution.
• Reporting to Directors and providing feedback on effective methods to enhance supply and distribution processes.
• Responding to customers questions and complaints.
