Program Overview

Also known as personal drivers, chauffeurs collect and transport clients between locations. Chauffeurs generally offer their services to high-income individuals or companies.

NSUS Group Inc. is looking for a neatly-presented chauffeur to join our company. The chauffeur’s responsibilities include fetching clients, driving them to specified locations, and ensuring that the vehicle remains in excellent condition. You should also aid clients with the loading and unloading of their personal belongings.

To be successful as a chauffeur, you should be able to resolve clients’ queries and complaints promptly. Ultimately, an outstanding chauffeur will ensure that the vehicle remains furnished with items that might be of use to clients.

Chauffeur Responsibilities:

Liaising with the company or client to determine when and where you will collect the individual.
Ensuring that the client’s door is open as you greet them in a professional, sincere manner.
Assisting clients with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
Adjusting the air temperature, if required by the client.
Selecting the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
Completing collections and deliveries on behalf of the client, if requested.
Abiding by road regulations at all times.
Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
Forecasting and responding to customers’ questions and concerns.

Chauffeur Requirements:

Valid driver’s license.
Commercial driver’s license will be advantageous.
Licensed to transport passengers via automobile.
Proven experience as a chauffeur or taxi driver.
Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
Neat appearance.
Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required.

Purpose:

We are seeking a responsible, trustworthy, and organized personal Driver/Chauffeur for a busy CEO/Founder. This role will be responsible for driving the CEO to and from work and family members for errands during the day.

What you will do:

– Safely operate a vehicle to transport individuals, including children or goods to designated locations.
– Adhere to traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
– Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as necessary.
– Handle the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring their safety during transportation.
– Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and perform regular inspections to ensure it is in proper working condition.
– Plan efficient routes to optimize time and fuel usage.
– Ensure vehicles are cleaned twice weekly and stocked with water.
– Keep records of vehicle mileage, expenses, and any incidents that occur during transportation.

What you must have:

– Valid full G-class driver’s license and a clean driving record.
– Ability to pass all required background checks (i.e. criminal, credit, driver abstract…)
– Familiarity with traffic laws and safe driving practices.
– Strong organizational skills to manage grocery inventory and deliveries.
– Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (i.e. rush hour or accident scenes)
– Ability to handle and transport people and items safely, punctually and securely.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, tenants, and delivery personnel.
– Attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects as required.
– Flexibility with working hours, as occasional evenings or weekends may be necessary.
– Other Duties as required.

– Language Preference: Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese or French
– Previous private family driving experience.
