Overland West Freight Lines is seeking a detail-oriented data entry operator to compile, capture, and maintain our digital database. As a data entry operator, you will be required to compile, merge, and format documents for data entry, check documents for errors, input data and update the database, and manage the digital filing systems.
To be a successful data entry operator, you should possess excellent typing skills and be attentive to detail. Skilled data entry operators should be able to quickly identify data errors and demonstrate precision in their work.

Position:
Part Time Data Entry
Training Shift:
Monday-Friday 10:00am-14:00pm in our office in Surrey
Shift after completion of training
Monday-Friday 16:00pm-21:30pm with flexible end time dependent on daily volumes – working from home with company owned computer equipment.

Job Description:
· Review scanned images of freight bills and enter data into a billing system
Job Requirements:
· Keen attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize work by importance and urgency
· Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
· Strong willingness to learn

· Organized, efficient & self motivated
· Cooperative, team oriented & personable
· Previous freight industry knowledge is required
· Must be flexible with hours
· Knowledge of LTL400/AS400 system an asset
· Have ability to work from home (WIFI)
· Reliable transportation when coming into the office
Compensation & Benefits:
· Wage to be negotiated based upon experience
