Duties and Accountabilities:

• Monitor inbound and outbound feeds to various systems and provide L1 support for queries from business and other members of the ITS team.
• Segregate Help Desk Tickets and follow up on high-priority issues as part of the L1 support process.
• Work with various teams to understand the progress of projects and create project status reports for stakeholders, including senior management and project managers.
• Collaborate with the team and the Project Manager to create Azure Active Directory Groups and assign users to these AD groups as required for the project.
• Consolidate existing documentation on various Business Processes, Applications, and major Deliverables in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manage team activities, including ensuring timely submission of timesheets and coordinating with users to resolve any issues.
• Capture and organize the technical and functional details required for the creation of deliverables, utilizing ADO to manage the documentation.
• Establish standard templates for widely used artifacts such as design documents, release notes, and requirement specifications, distinguishing project-specific documentation, shared/cross-project documentation, and cross-team documentation for easy searchability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for onboarding candidates into the team.
• Assist with the onboarding of candidates by coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Consolidate status reports, including the progress of current deliverables and pending backlogs from all team members.
• Create and maintain the team calendar and alert team members about upcoming milestones and deadlines.
• Pay attention to detail and possess the ability to lead and prioritize multiple demands from a large user base.

Additional responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, collecting and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
• Architect or drive the solution architecture and related customizations for applications already in production.
• Collaborate with business users on solution development, support, and integration processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the entire SDLC process and experience executing projects using Agile and Waterfall methods.
• Possess knowledge of project management processes and activities.
• Balance business users’ requests and requirements with technical constraints.
• Work with business users to understand requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and create roadmaps for new features.
• Write technical specifications, mock up specifications, and participate in testing and deployment of development projects.
• Have working knowledge of Power BI dashboards and reports using Power BI desktop and Report Builder.
• Maintain code repository, backlog, and source control using TFS/ADO.
• Coordinate with the Business Systems Manager to ensure the overall business solution aligns with the global architecture and roadmap.
• Ensure consistent release management, change management, and project approval processes.
• Supervise the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provide proactive maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, reviewing deliverables for alignment with WBG standards and guidelines.
• Guide the development team in creating project and application architecture artifacts aligned with WBG Enterprise Architecture.
• Stay updated on new technologies, market trends, and emerging solutions relevant to the organization’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with product vendors and infrastructure teams to define deployment architecture and resolve Information Security (OIS) issues.
• Respond to client queries, provide technical support/guidance to the application support team, and coordinate with other ITS teams for prompt resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate with on-site counterparts on various responsibilities, including flexible shift timings.
• Manage vendor contractors, ensuring timely delivery with required quality.
• Create project plans and status reports, monitor project tasks, and ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (no experience required, World Bank Group experience is a plus).
