Government of China Ministry of Commerce for Developing Countries 2023

The MOFCOM Scholarships are Higher Education Programs sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China. This institution started the MOFCOM Scholarship to enhance education, skills of top business and government officials from the recipient countries.

Government of Romania Scholarship for international students 2023

Each year, the Romanian Government, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, provides a number of scholarships to citizens from non-EU countries.

Only candidates having good results in education, respectively an average of the study years, for the last graduated school, of at least 7 (seven) corresponding to the scoring system in Romania or the “Good” score, as the case are eligible.

Applicants may select their study program of interest in all fields, with the exception of Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy.

For Bachelor’s and Master, only study programs in the Romanian language are available, thus promoting the Romanian language and culture.

Felix University of Reading Scholarship

The Felix Scholarship scheme is available to high-achieving students from India and other developing countries pursuing postgraduate studies at the University of Reading. The scholarships cover tuition fees at the international rate and provide a stipend (maintenance grant) to cover living expenses (around £15,038).

They also provide generous allowances for clothes, books, and a return flight home. 

To be eligible for all the Felix Scholarships offered, you must be applying to start a full-time postgraduate degree at the University of Reading.

You must be able to demonstrate academic excellence and financial need and are expected by the Trust to return to work in your home country after completing your studies.

Australian Government Scholarship for Foreign Students

Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Applicants who want to accept an Australia Awards Scholarship will need to sign a contract with the Commonwealth of Australia declaring that they will comply with the conditions of the scholarship.

Scholars are required to leave Australia for a minimum of two years after completing their scholarship. Failure to do so will result in the scholar incurring a debt for the total accrued cost of their scholarship.

Government of Italy scholarship for foreign students

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) offers grants in favor of foreign citizens and Italian citizens living abroad (IRE) for the academic year 2022-23 in order to foster international cooperation in cultural, scientific, and technological fields, to promote Italian language and culture and to support Italy’s economic system in the world (according to Law 288/55 and its subsequent changes and additions).

Grants are offered to complete study courses and research/training programs in public or legally recognized Italian educational institutions.

Scholarships are available to attend academic courses on the Italian territory only.
