CHILD SPONSORSHIP OPERATIONS OFFICER (RELIEVER)
Job purpose:
- provide a to-do list of due sponsorship communication items to the Community Development Facilitators of the strategic partners.
- monitor and ensure the sponsored child communication items are submitted.
- report all inappropriate sponsor communications.
- review all quota replacements and prospects for dual enrollment before processing in the system.
- Prepare sponsorship communication reports.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant degree or diploma, vocational training, or technical qualification plus 1-2 years relevant experience or demonstrated equivalent combination; analytical skills;
- Detailed knowledge of the processes/systems relevant to the role; ability to work independently;
- Has the ability to perform basic computer-related troubleshooting and knowledge and skill in operating corporate computer systems.
- Has good communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the Philippines. Local applications are preferred.

Reports to: Program Operations Manager – Maguindanao Program Area
