The Digital Analyst role resides in the Digital Strategy Section within UNICEF’s Division of Global Communication and Advocacy (DGCA). The Section consists of the Web Editorial, Digital Governance and Web Platforms, Social Media, and Digital Marketing and Partnerships teams, all working together to create compelling public-facing content and to provide expert digital services and capacity building within the organization.
The Digital Analyst position reports to the Digital Analytics and Management Lead and is responsible for and requires expert-level knowledge of digital monitoring, analytics, social listening and SEO.
UNICEF is looking for a data-driven individual with a proven track record of drawing insights from a variety of digital analytics and social listening tools in support of overarching organizational priorities.
The position will lead on digital optimization and analytics with exposure across all channels (social, web – including organic and paid, SEO, blog, email), spearheading projects and working closely with external vendors, using cutting-edge social listening and analytics tools.

(Re-advertisement) Junior Professional Officer Position, Programme Officer- Adolescent Skills and Employability (Dutch Sponsored and open to nationals of developing countries only)
JPO Programme Officer- Adoloscent Skills and Employability provides demonstrated experience and training for UNICEF to progress on skills development and employment for adolescents and young people. The post will also play an important role in responding to global imperatives and the rollout of UNICEF’s Global Strategic Plan and focus on multiple learning-to-earning pathways in the region.
The incumbent provides technical assistance to countries in designing and implementing activities related to assessing, monitoring, and improving adolescent and youth skill training and employability programmes with a focus on equity and gender dimensions.
Identifying and supporting scaling-up multiple pathways for adolescents and young people to receive skills training to increase their preparedness for the 21st-century labour market. There is strong impetus and opportunities to engage with the private sector to drive Generation Unlimited (Gen-U) across the region based on varying degrees of country office programme sophistication.
