Key Responsibilities:

Position: Intern for PR and Communications                

Work location: World Vision Albania – National Office

Deadline for applications:  11 June 2024

Purpose of position

The Intern will support the World Vision Albania communications team to reach target audiences, write success stories, prepare communication products, and help to complete all the required PR & Communication tasks/assignments on time and with high quality.  He/she will be responsible for the achievement of project objectives through adherence to high standards of management quality and donor compliance.

Major Responsibilities

Brand – Production and Publication

  • Ensure outcome-focused quality production of visual and written content
  • Write, publish, share (and archive) articles, photos, videos, and social media posts on World Vision Albania official channels (website, social media, YouTube, and other internal platforms)
  • Ensure all written, photographic, video, web, and other resources produced are carried out in alignment with World Vision child protection standards.
  • Ensure World Vision brand guidelines are implemented appropriately.
  • Contribute to effectively coordinate & prepare communication materials for public events



  • Communicate effectively World Vision’s identity, mission, vision, values, and our approach to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear.
  • Adhere to WV Safeguarding policy and standards and stay committed to WV vision statement and core values. 
  • Effectively coordinate with Communication Focal Points in Area Programs
  • Contribute to maintain timely media relations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Academic requirements

  • University degree in journalism/ public relations
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian – ability to understand, read, speak and write
