• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment as needed.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Follow care plans and individualized treatment guidelines to ensure consistent and quality care.
• Collaborate with the nursing and medical teams to support patient care goals.
• Document patient observations and activities accurately and timely.
• Promote and maintain the dignity and privacy of patients at all times.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role is preferred.

• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United Kingdom.
