Quality Service Recruitment Limited is looking for a Warehouse Workers (Loading) to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Warehouse Worker responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
A Warehouse Worker is a professional who is an integral part of any business that stores and processes orders or products. They oversee receiving and processing of incoming stock, picking orders from the warehouse stock and managing them.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Workers (Loading)
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Requirements and skills for Warehouse Workers (Loading)
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift licence
- High school degree

You will be enrolled into full time work based at a warehouse in Lutterworth.
Your daily tasks will include:
• Loading and unloading heavy goods lifting up to 120kg (with support).
• Picking and scanning the products.
• Operating PPTs to move palletised batches.
• General warehouse duties.
No previous experience is required as full training is provided.
You MUST be comfortable with heavy lifting (goods go up to 120kg).
This position offers a permanent contract after 13 weeks.
The shift will be Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:30.
The hourly rate will be £10.50.
