Job Overview

As a member of our Housekeeping and Cleaning team at Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring clean and comfortable guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will work closely with other team members to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. By leveraging your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, you will contribute to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
3. Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, and meeting rooms.
4. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
5. Clean and maintain back-of-house areas, including offices, staff rooms, and storage areas.
6. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
7. Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies to the appropriate department.
8. Respond to guest requests or inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
