The Canadian Public Safety Operations Organization (CanOps) is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and confident individual for a full-time, one-year term position to provide administrative support for services provided by the organization.

As CanOps is a national organization, this position is not required to be located in a specific location and you will work out of your home office. Some travel may be required.

This position supports the several lines of business and employees through a variety of tasks related to the organizational services and communications. This position is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and must have the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

· Develop presentations, documents and letters using various computer applications.

· Create and consolidate various data reports

The knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are typically obtained through a diploma in office education or office administration, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
