Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
2. Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain proper stock levels at all times.
3. Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
4. Coordinate with the procurement team to order and replenish stock as needed.
5. Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
6. Monitor the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe handling and proper documentation.
7. Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
8. Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.
9. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards.
10. Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities and performance to management.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Warehouse Incharge or similar warehouse management role.
2. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
3. Leadership and people management skills to effectively lead and motivate warehouse staff.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse warehouse tasks.
5. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software.
6. Physical fitness and the ability to handle and move heavy objects.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
8. Must meet the eligibility criteria for work visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
