Our business partner is an established Australian dairy company producing a diverse range of products for the domestic and international markets. A batching operator conducts quality assurance tests to ensure products comply with industry standards and customer orders.

We are a rapidly expanding business, and are looking for Batching to join our team based at our Winston Hills manufacturing plan

A batching operator conducts quality assurance tests to ensure products comply with industry standards and customer orders. They have the responsibility to oversee the batching plant’s daily operations, delegate duties among employees, monitor processes and provide instructions as necessary, and resolve issues and concerns should any arise. There are also times when they must coordinate with clients and suppliers, sign documents and delivery slips, and conduct maintenance checks on machines. Moreover, as a batching operator, it is essential to supervise staff while implementing the company’s safety policies and regulations.

Batching Responsibilities:

Accurately measure out ingredients for the batch using a balance.

Accurately record batch numbers, lot numbers, and amounts of ingredients used

Operate mixing equipment.

Maintain organized and clean mixing room

Batching Requirements:

Prior experience working in a warehouse /Factory

Fresher Candidate are welcome ,we will train ( Only Male Candidates )

Attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills.
