Introduction
Applications for the 2024 IFA CrossCulture Program are now being accepted!For their participation in this program, 60 professionals and volunteers from 40 countries are awarded the CCP fellowship. The fellowship program lasts for two to three months, during which time candidates will expand their areas of expertise, make new contacts, and learn new skills.
Participants in the fellowship program will have access to professional training and networking events hosted by CCP.Upon the fellowship’s completion, the participants will apply what they learned to their home organization. Applicants may submit an application for the CCP fellowship 2024 from any country.

About CCP Fellowship 2024
The IFA CrossCulture Fellowship is offered to professionals and volunteers to work for 2-3 months in an intercultural environment where they will acquire new skills and connect globally.

Details About IFA CrossCulture Programme 2024

Fellowships are principally awarded to candidates belonging to the following fields:
- Policy and society
- Media and Culture
- Human rights and peace
- Sustainable development and climate justice

CrossCulture Programme (CCP) Fellowship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant must be at least 23 years old
- At least 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in an organization
- Good English communication skills
- Applicant must be in good health
Fellowship Coverage:
For participants from Abroad
- Round Airfare Ticket
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Health Insurance
- Visa Fees
- A stipend of 650 euros
For Participants from Germany
- Round Trip Airfare
- Health Insurance
- A Monthly Stipend of 1.200 Euros

CCP Fellowship Application Process
The application consists of 3 main steps:
- Select an appropriate country in the application portal
- Fill out the application form and provide all the required documents
- Submit the online application
