Cabin Crew Roles at Qatar Airlines

• Make sure everyone is familiar with and following all safety and emergency procedures.
• Serving food and drinks, helping people buckle their seatbelts, and addressing guests’ concerns or queries are all part of the job.
• Keep a close eye on the cabin and ensure all safety measures are being taken.
• Know how to handle medical crises while in flight and have formal first aid training.
• Safety cards and life vests must be available, and all emergency equipment must be checked before every flight.
• Passengers should be informed about and upsold on duty-free and on-board services.
• Accurately and in a timely way, complete all flight paperwork.
• Collaborate closely with the other members of the Cabin Crew and the flight deck crew.

Requirement Criteria

• All of the applicants are at least 21 years old.
• For this position, a minimum arm reach of 212 cm is required (on tiptoes for females).
• Cabin crew members for Qatar Airways must have at least a high school diploma.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Confident, outgoing character with superior people abilities.
• Participation in a global team setting is a plus.
• Customer service is a priority.
• Superb physical condition.
• Must be open to a move to Doha, Qatar.
