Responsibilities:

  • Assist assigned Meetings Services Assistants in setting up meeting rooms.
  • Receive, sort, and organize design files for exhibition and promotional materials.
  • Arrange seating arrangements based on approved protocol and room charts.
  • Provide photography services.
  • Contribute to the preparation of room charts and files for scheduled meetings.
  • Order, retrieve, distribute, and set up nameplates for meetings on an urgent basis.
  • Clear document booths and meeting rooms to prepare for new meetings.
  • Check the availability of conference materials and ensure logistical details are in place before the start of meetings.
  • Receive and make phone calls to exchange urgent information.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Experience in the United Nations Common System or international organizations (desirable).

Languages:

  • English is required (fluency).
  • Thai is desirable (fluency).
  • Knowledge of another official United Nations language is an advantage.
