Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in communications, media, journalism, or public relations is required, with at least three years’ experience in BiH.

USAID Bosnia and Herzegovina is currently looking for an experienced Development Outreach & Communications (DOC) Specialist to join our team.
The DOC Specialist maintains and implements the overall Mission communications strategy, and is responsible for collecting, investigating, managing, and distributing information associated with Mission programs, projects, activities, and events; serves as the Activity Manager, Contracting Officer’s Representative or Assistance Officer’s Representative for a media services activity. The Specialist is part of the DOC Unit, which is comprised of the Specialist, Senior DOC Advisor, and Translator.
